Flatline mechanical is well facilitated with overhead crane, hydraulic press, Well tooled Lathes, Radial arm drill, dual spindle milling machine, expertise and quality shaft and bushing stock. We have what it takes to make it work better than ever.
Recent Work
Flatline is very effective at repairing pins and bushings on heavy equipment. Flatline also has a very versatile milling machine with horizontal and vertical spindle. The milling machine has proven effective for modifying engine heads. One recent project was to machine the intake plenum off a 5.9 cummins head as well as cut fire rings in the head surface for high boost high horsepower application.
